No. It’s. Not.
If diet were everything, every healthy person would have a healthy diet and every unhealthy person would have an unhealthy diet.
But that’s obviously not the case.

I like meat, junk food, alcohol, sugar and there’s no way I could give up on these.
I see how especially the alcohol is bad to my skin – after every party there are more pimples etc. But my life is so miserable with sugarfree tea and no meat, so I’m glad you clearly stated that they’re actually not that bad to the skin, if taken in reasonable amounts. I’d rather have acne and not start the day with the feeling of hate directed towards my cup of tea.

What makes me jealous is that some people can eat anything and have perfect skin. Dang genetics.

I used to go on very strict diets to get clear skin, and while it worked like a charm, I felt miserable. I would crave junk food even more and usually end up having a pig out session after a few days of diet. It took me at least a year to finally break that habit and learn to just eat healthy and enjoy small amounts of junkfood. Its hard to do. I’m glad my skin is clear now, though.

Hi! First of all I love your videos! Your hair is very pretty and I love your accent!
My question is… Is juice good for skin also? The thing is that you mentioned that water is good for your skin ( I have pretty bad acne) and I admit that I don’t drink enough water, but plain water bores (lol) I was thinking of adding flavor (like Tang or something) what it be the same or make my acne worse? Thanks!

Wy is acne a predominately westernized? Did you know that all meats and dairy (aside from pork and poultry that is passed by USDA regulations) contains outrageous amounts of added growth hormones? It
t doesn’t matter if the milk jug says “no added growth hormones,” that simply means there are no added growth hormones which are BEYOND regulation. Regulation REQUIRES you to use growth hormones.
Did you know in Europe, and most every other country, hormones are illegal? Except the USA..

Thank you for posting all these wonderful videos for problem skin. I have mild acne but just had a flair up and I think it’s because of sugar. Your video was very helpful and will help me make better food choices.

Such a good video. Candida used to be a reoccuring problem for me. Saw a huge difference when I got rid of it as well. Getting a colonic gave me amazing skin clearing effects as well.
